Mentoring

Passing it on.

Having received amazing mentorship from bosses throughout the years, mentorship is something I wish to develop and pass on. Together with a few others, I’ve founded BBH Barn and Virtue Underground, giving young Singaporeans opportunities to explore the world on advertising.

Both internships are built with a blind recruitment process where CVs are thrown out the window and applicants are assessed on how they think. Each batch of interns are also tasked to create a campaign that tackles a social issue of their interest.
